Coach Company is committed to providing quality service to all of our customers regardless of their accessibility needs.

 

WHEEL CHAIR LIFTS

Motor Coaches are available that are equipped with wheel chair lifts.  24 hours notice is required to make sure that a coach with a wheel chair lift will be available for your trip.  Please contact the office either by calling 800-874-3377 or by e-mailing us at info@coachco.com with information on date, time and pickup point.  Please add “wheelchair lift” to the subject line.

 

PRIORITY SEATING

Prior notification will also be necessary if you require priority seating in the front of the motor coach so that space can be reserved to avoid displacing other passengers.   Please contact the office either by calling 800-874-3377 or by e-mailing us at info@coachco.com with information on date, time and pickup point.  Please add “priority seating” to the subject line.

 

ENTRY AND EXIT ASSISTANCE

Our drivers will be glad to help you get on and off the bus if requested.

 

SERVICE ANIMALS

We welcome service animals on board our coaches. If you bring a service animal, you agree that it must meet the legal requirements. Service animal means any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability, including, but not limited to, guiding individuals with impaired vision, alerting individuals with impaired hearing to intruders or sounds, providing minimal protection or rescue work, pulling a wheelchair, or fetching dropped items. You must remain in control of your animal at all times, on a leash, harness or carrier and they must ride within your space – so they can’t occupy a seat or lay down in the aisle. If we think a service animal may threaten the health or safety of our staff or other passengers, we may refuse to have them on board.

 

MEDICATION AND OXYGEN

You should keep your medicine with you on the bus at all times – please don’t put it in your checked baggage as we can’t take any responsibility if it gets lost or if it is not accessible to you.
It’s fine to bring portable oxygen and respirators onto Coach Company motor coaches.
